A full breakfast may
include Puffed Eggs served with homemade semolina bread and fresh fruit;
Homemade Cinnamon Raisin-Walnut French Toast; Spiced Buttermilk
Pancakes topped with apples, raisins and walnuts simmered in brown sugar,
butter and cinnamon; Croissant topped with Joe's fluffy scrambled eggs and
topped with a secret sauce; New England Spiced Pumpkin Bread. All entree's
are served with fresh juice, freshly ground coffee and a variety of teas.

Your
innkeepers and hosts, Joe and Mo Profera provide you with
ambiance, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality. Mo loves to cook, has a home
baking license, teaches dance, is an amateur photographer (photos available for
sale), Rotarian, and very involved in numerous community volunteer
programs. Joe is a retired residential/commercial landscaper. He has the job of
maintaning the inns' beautiful grounds. He also owned a 4-star Italian
Restaurant and a Bakery, is a Volunteer Fireman and serves the community on a
volunteer basis.
